PEOPLE BEWARE! Fed Ex and the USPS accept no responsibility if they deliver your package to the wrong address. I have had this happen twice now and it is like dealing with dolts. It is their policy to "assume" that you, the consumer, have received the package and they refuse to look into it any further. I have had no problem with UPS and suggest you use them to ship & receive packages whenever possible. UPS has GREAT customer service! I, also, suggest that any time you do not receive a package FedEx and USPS say they delivered, that you file a formal complaint with each entity, call the store from which you purchased your item(s) and suggest the store use UPS instead. Then file a formal charge with your Police Department--even if the officers have a dismissive tone. Thievery is thievery...even if a package is incompetently mis-delivered.
