“I've been banking there since 2009. I have never had any issues with anything with them. Always willing to help, even when my dominant hand is broken, they wrote my check out for me.”
“The staff at the Jasper branch of HHCU was so helpful and kind when I needed help opening a second account with them. The gentleman that worked on my accounts was so knowledgeable on everything I needed, answered my questions completely, and did everything I needed. I am so happy to be a member.”

“I had an excellent experience with German American Bank. The staff was professional, friendly, and genuinely took the time to answer all of my questions. The account opening process was quick and straightforward, and I appreciated how clearly everything was explained. They’re online and mobile banking services are easy to use, making it convenient to manage my finances anytime. I highly recommend this bank to anyone looking for reliable service, knowledgeable employees, and a customer focused experience!”
“I was having a small issue, I can only assume the teller was new. However, the manager stepped in and resolved my issue without hesitation and TRUE customer service. Best Woodforest branch I have visited since I opened my account.”
“I have had the privilege of working with the German American Bank (Jasper - North Branch) team for almost three years now. Heidi, Lisa, Lacey and Hannah are always efficient and genuinely friendly. They make you feel like more than just a number when you walk-in. On more than one occasion, the team at GAB (Jasper - North Branch) have turned my bad day around, just by their proficiency and positive attitudes.”
“I used to do business with Springs Valley Bank and I have had nothing but pleasant experiences banking with them. The employees are courteous, friendly, and professional. I would recommend Springs Valley Bank to anyone.”
“I walked in today and spoke with Chris Fleck. I was very stressed because my account was overdrawn by over $100 due to a misunderstanding. She resolved the issue quickly and took the time to explain how I could avoid any future issues. She was professional, but personable, warm, and friendly. I would highly recommend Chris!”
“Just opened two accounts with old national.. We were met with smiles from the counter.. waited on immediately and taken care of in no time at all.. Misty woods made us feel at home, and I was amazed at her customer service skills.. Personally went out of her way to speak with other customers to make everyone feel valued.. i look forward to our future with old national bank..”

“Very good bank and atm. The atm outside is very nice and unique. You can pick what bills to receive and in what combinations. Very clean and respectful business. I highly recommend especially with the atm.”
