Good friendly people
Once you get on the dock, they’ll load you within an hour
If you show up early from your appointment time, they still load you early

Was here for over 2 hrs getting loaded 3 trucks came in an hour after me and were loaded and gone before me. Said shift change and meeting is what kept me but somehow the other 3 trucks were loaded before me makes no sense.

Crazy inefficient .The only truck here doing a delivery and been sitting here over three hours and still not assigned a dock

Try to get a hold of Dispacher to see if we can do business with them hauling loads. We are a local company just trying to support locals.Spoke to Erin Hopkins very rude guys there must have been a total miscommunication but just hanged up on me and didn’t even give me a chance to talk I tried calling back but just got ignored. Very poor and disrespectful behavior.

Nice lady in the office. Not took long to clear me outPlenty of place to play with backing .Well location is good too. To see so many seneries and to see changing colors of sky .and lots of fields around and lot of places to thank God he blessed us with good things

Arrived to pick up a load at 1500 on a Saturday and was told it would be Sunday morning before I was loaded. At noon on Sunday I was told it would be Monday morning. My load was finally loaded just after midnight that night. On the plus side, shipping office staff was friendly and polite despite the delays.First trip here as reviewed above was not a great one due to long wait for load. Had one other experience here a few months later that was much quicker.Today (1/21/23) I arrived and my preload was ready to go. Office staff was different from my last trip here but still very friendly and helpful. Giving them more stars due too friendly and fast service.

Great place to pick upI was outta time, parked trailer in door went to sleeper, when I got up trailer was next to me. Sighed my paper work, off to Texas.Read a lot of bad reviews, guy at desk was very helpful great personality.My guess it all about Atitude. 10 stars from me

I will give them credit, I was loaded in hour and half, but didn't like that I had to disconnect from my trailer instead of just pulling up like at walmart I had to park over by shipping office then the yard jockey came n told me when trailer wad loaded. Then when I reconnected to my trailer n pulled out my straps were GONE, so word of advise, if u r loading here make sure to take EVERYTHING out of your trailer or they will STEAL IT.....then when I went in to find out something, they refused to come out n talk to me..

One of the worse places I've had to pickup at. Stood at the window for atleast 30min, maybe longer, with the lady on the other side, carrying on a conversation and other things while ignoring the fact she had someone at the window. They also only had one person back there who actually seemed to be working. The other person I saw seemed to just be standing around. They also gave my load to someone else. Wasted more time having to sort that out. Next time I see this place come across my dispatch, I'm flatly turning it down.
