Although the salesman that we initially dealt with was helpful and considerate, the sales manager that brought us their sales proposal was incredibly insulting.
Their trade-in offer on our car, which is rust free, runs perfectly, no engine light, decent tires(not great), was $500.
I used to be a car salesman so I know the games they play. They added on so many BS fees that shouldn't even be included for a used car purchase, that even after including the insulting amount of $500 for our near perfect, 2013, Chevy Sonic, the total price offer, on a car tagged by them at $14,900, was $16,500.
I could get more out of our car from a scrap yard, but beyond that, the car is in PERFECT running condition.
I don't understand how these people stay in business.
This is only the 2nd negative review I've ever left for any business.

Pete was extremely easy to work with, I sold them my truck and they made a fair offer and brought be a bank check for my asking price and sent a Service tech and Finance person to me to look at my truck and drive it back, they both we Super easy to work with and made the entire process very easy. Would definitely recommend!

Talk about 1st class service ! The crew at Glass Capital Chrysler excels in that department…. Hats off to Ryan, Peter, and young Ms Taylor Walker. Folks just remember they may be a small dealership but they are LARGE when it comes to service and standing behind their word!
