“Great staff and always helpful. This review has nothing to do with them. But State Farm is no where near the company it used to be.
My wife was involved in two car accidents in a twelve month period. One was hitting a curb on a foggy night blowing a tire and doing some damage. No other vehicle was involved. The second was an at fault accident which resulted in the air bags going off... State farm totaled the vehicle.
After having State Farm on and off for 30 years they chose to not renew our auto policys. We now have better coverage with Progressive for less money.
We also canceled all our remaining policys with State Farm, those are now insured with Auto Owners.”
“We have damage from the last ice storm with hail. State Farm and their claims adjuster made it simple. They came out assessed the damage, and next day we had our report and. 2 weeks later we are getting fixed.
