We have damage from the last ice storm with hail. State Farm and their claims adjuster made it simple. They came out assessed the damage, and next day we had our report and. 2 weeks later we are getting fixed.
Thank you State Farm. Bob Oderwald office have been our insurer for over 35 years, they go above and beyond for the best customer service. Always helpful, knowledgeable, your staff is the best !

I have been with Bob and State Farm for over 50 years! Bob, as well as all on his teams have exuded nothing but expertise and professionalism; tailoring and 'monitoring' all my insurance needs. In the event something needs attention, I get a call from office; not just a form letter easily mistaken for junk mail that my neighbors and friends with other companies have shared their unpleasant incidents with me. Bob and his Agency (et al) are the epitome of a consumate insurance agency, minimumly in the Midwest if not nationwide. Thank you for half a century of outstanding coverage and much more.

Ashley deciphers my inquiries instantly (BTW, no easy feat) and promptly addresses my issues without fail while notifieying me personally as actions are completed. One and done!!
Additionally, I suspect Mary Ellen knows every word in my policies verbatim! She has for many years literally found answers and suggestions that have kept me on the right options, taking no credit, personally grateful she could help. Honestly, I can't remember asking a question she didn't immediately answer. Mary Ellen, your advice has helped me more than you know. My heartfelt thanks for that and much more.
