“Recently I sustained damage to my Genesis GV70 and the Genesis dealer recommended Govert Auto Body. I was impressed with how thorough they were in assessing the damage and quickly giving me a estimate. I dropped my car off and a few days later my car was ready. The repair was such that I was unable to see where the damage was. The paint job was par excellence. I relayed my impression back to the dealer. Thank you Govert for an excellent job. I'm happy”

“We have had a couple different vehicles taken care of by Govert. Both were due to car accidents and our insurance sent us to Govert. We have had zero negative interactions with Govert. On the first one, insurance was the primary hold up since they seemingly took their time to inspect the vehicle. Once that was done, Govert was great in getting the SUV repaired and us back on the road in our own vehicle. It was a smooth process too, in arranging for a rental to pick us up and drop us off at Govert. The second one the repair took a bit longer due to the COVID impact of getting the necessary parts, but once they were received, Govert expedited getting the car fully repaired. Awhile later, this same vehicle was taken in to Govert due to being hit rear ended. Govert let us know right away that the frame appeared to be bent, so we should start looking for another vehicle as the insurance company would probably total it, which they did. Fortunately in all cases, the damage was done in a not our fault accidents. Govert has always treated us great as well as others we have referred to them.”

“Was told to go to 7901 Taft St. in Merrillville for appointment. That was the wrong address given to me by the representative that scheduled the job. Went on Maps to get directions and this location came up as legitimate. It is not! The proper location is on West 82nd place. Huge mixup and bad administrative procedures. But.. the office staff was great, and the work was done well. Very happy with that. Truck has chips repaired( can't even see them), and rear slider is completely renewed. Great work!”

“Arnie is one of the good guys still on this earth. He's fair and take pride in his work, my truck was ugly, wanted to just trade it. I thought about it then I said my wife comes to this shop. That same day I was bringing her into the shop to pick up her Ford Fusion. So I see this Latino come out to greet us Arnie had no ideal that I was bringing her to pick up her Fusion, repair on the driver door. So Arnie comes out and says man you need work on that truck, had his phone out taking pictures of my Acadia. So I look at my wife and said what is he doing? So we get out of my Acadia and I say I'm here to pick up my wife Ford Fusion, he replies okay. So after he took care of my wife Arnie started talking to me. He explained to me what I needed to to get my Acadia fixed great customer service, I'm not just lying this is the honest God truth. I will recommend any one to Martinez Auto LLC. Know her comes the great thing about Arnie he gave me a discount out this world. Arnie be yourself don't change for no one Will we are on first time basics, you are a friend....”

“I had extensive damage to my vehicle due to it being in an accident. The car was taken to Gerber Collision & Glass in Cedar Lake on the advice of my insurance agency. Gerber did an excellent job on my car. Alene called me immediately upon arrival of my vehicle. She explained everything to me which I very much appreciated. she explained what would be happening the entire time. She was absolutely wonderful. Scott at this location called me with updates twice a week. I knew exactly what was happening. He was great. The car was done on time and it was perfect. Their team and painter who fixed my car did such an amazing job. They truly are a talented team. You cannot tell at all that anything was fixed on my car. I appreciate this business and I would use them again with no hesitation!”
