“Went in today, 8/31 around 5 pm with my HP Omen 35L I JUST picked up a week ago with power issues after trying to install a secondary 8TB hard drive. We didn't have an appointment, but Olu was able to take my PC back for a cursory look with Griffin. They saw exactly where the issue was and fixed it on the spot, no questions asked! We have been trying to figure out this issue since last night, and it took them barely 10 minutes! Saved my new pc and my sanity all in one go! They were SO AWESOME!!! Olu, Griffin, guys...I CAN'T THANK YOU ENOUGH FOR YOUR HELP!!!!!!”

The service is still top tier. I went in today and Catherine, a bright and friendly human helped me with so much kindness--and Queen went out of her way to answer my questions.
Long story short, everyone I encountered was amazingly helpful. Esther, Janae, and Richard all helped me navigate the return and exchange and warranty process with so much ease. “Mr. Ken Stone is versed in all windows applications, at age 75 using a 12 year old Windows machine is a challenge, with his timely over the phone we had our balky Dell machine communicating to our 10 year old Samsung in no time. His rates for one site service are more than fair, I know you'll be pleased with his advice and service! Even better he's close by in Northwest Indiana. I highly recommend him!”
