I used to enjoy shopping here. But today was the worst experience I have ever had in patronizing any business. The manager was rude and inept he could not figure out the coupon process. Instead he verbalized for me to contact corporate and let “us” figure it out. The old lady with the blonde hair seemed like she didn’t want to be there as she is unpacking items and angrily throwing the items on the ground. What ever happened to the nice manager with the black hair and the rest of the welcoming staff? Instead I was met with grinches of CVS. Unacceptable unprofessional you can do better than this CVS. We expect more from you.

The pharmacy staff is incredibly rude. Two or three ladies in there have terrible attitudes. I’m not the only one who thinks that. I wish CVS would do something about it. They should not be dealing with people anywhere.

Pharmacy with an attitude. I made sure to call in an RX on the last day of expiration. I asked to pick up same day but attitude on the phone said next day. Went in next day and refused to give me the med because the RX has expired the day before. Exhausting trying to explain.

Went to get antibiotics for my daughter for strep. I was charged for 60 ml as prescribed and only received 45 ml. We are now fighting strep again but will be going to a different pharmacy.

The pharmacist who's name starts with an "M" is extremely rude and unprofessional. She was not only rude to me but when she called the number on file she was also rude the my friend who answered the phone. The pharmacist did not identify herself nor did she ask who the person was who answered the phone. I had to go to a different CVS to get the prescription filled and the employees there were not surprised and admitted that they unfortunately heard that that pharmacist has an attitude when dealing with people. It's really a shame that someone in that position can get away with treating people disrespectfully

The cashier, who's name is Olivia, was very unfriendly. When I said thank you, there was no response. I could tell she had an attitude problem-I will never visit this location again.

Jacob Mendoza, where to start with this guy. I placed a photo order around 11-12 for wall tiles. Email states an estimated time of 3:45, give or take. Now im not going to hold anyone to this time, as it's just an estimate. So I call at almost 5, since I've heard nothing back to this point. Jacob answers and tells me he has to wait until 5:30 for another coworker to come in so he can verify the amount of wall tiles in stock. No problem, almost 6:00pm before I receive a call back from him, and I'm given the answer, "Well we don't have any in stock, so your best bet is to call another store and see if they have them." First, why did it take me calling in order to get an answer, and second, why was this not figured out until 6pm?? I asked to speak to a manager, and Jacob tells me he's the manager. Somehow, the manager managed to wait 7 hours before realizing he doesn't have any in-stock. His response was, "Well I couldn't leave the front unattended." That's funny to me, because I've been to numerous CVS Pharmacys that never have anyone at photo unless needed..and if you're not checking on inventory and completed orders,, what exactly are you dping for 7 hours?? After asking for a refund, I'm told he needs to call another manager to verify how to do that. YOURE A MANAGER. What do you mean you need to verify??? Calls me back after 10 mins and tells me I need to call customer service to get my refund. No problem, ill do just that. What a joke.

The pharmacist here is horrible. Make you don't want to take the covid vaccine. I was afaid of getting the vaccine. I was in this CVS in dyer Indiana and my friend convinced me to get the vaccine. She said come on they do walk in. I went back to the pharmacist. She was rude not helpful and her attitude was very nasty. I walk out and didn't want the vaccine. Went to the one in Munster Indiana. Very pleasant pharmacist. I got the vaccine. If you have any fear. Don't go to the one in dyer... CVS states they take walk in. This one don't.They don't follow company rules. They pick and choose who they will take. If I could give no stars I would.

I have an upcoming trip in a state that requires vaccination to enter certain venues and restaurants so I called to schedule an appointment. I was told I can come in at 2, arrived at 1:50 and ten minutes later I was told they don’t have anymore vials today because they have 3 other appointments today. The pharmacist suggested going to a different CVS location. I asked if she could schedule an appointment tomorrow and she said I have to do it online. Very rude, unprofessional and unaccommodating. If it’s first come first served basis ,why was I turned down at 2 pm with 3 other expected appointments that weren’t there yet? No wonder I go to Walgreens for all my pharmaceutical needs but they don’t have the FDA approved Pfister vaccination. CVS still can’t compete with the customer satisfaction at Walgreens.
