Willing to work with customers.We tried several recliners and selected and ordered two. Once delivered, we decided one just wasn't as comfortable as it seemed in the store. We asked if we could return it and order a different one. They said yes. When we exchanged it, we were even given a small refund of the difference in the price.

We are very happy with Groen's Fine Furniture. We purchased a Flexsteel sofa with two power recliners almost 5 years ago. One of the recliners frame's bend and the sofa was sitting odd. We called Groen's and it was still under warranty. They ordered the parts from Flexsteel, picked up the sofa, fixed it and brought it back to our home. The parts were covered, all we had to pay was $210.00, that included pick up and return, replacing the parts and the upholstery tech to fit the cloth back perfectly. We paid $1,700.00 for the sofa nearly 5 years ago. Groen's did a GREAT job and steam cleaned the sofa before returning it to us. I'm sure we'll get another 5 years out of this same sofa. We will definitely purchase from Groen's.

Excellent quality products with knowledgeable staff. Anna was wonderful! No high pressure but able to answer questions and offer helpful ideas to think about.

My husband and I stopped in after looking at several other furniture stores, Debbie was patient with us regarding our specific style, she was understanding and very knowledgeable. We purchased a sofa, love seat & recliner. Can't wait to receive our new furniture.

My husband and I were in the area and decided to stop by Groen’s. I have not been in there in years, my husband never. Very pleasantly surprised at the furniture and quality of it. Brittney greeted us and let us walk around. My husband spotted a picture he liked and I purchased it as a Christmas gift for him. We will definitely be back, as the decor has changed in the store from being colonial (years ago) to more modern/farmhouse/eclectical furnishings. Brittney was great to deal with and will recommend her to anyone we know looking for furniture.

Salesperson was very pleasant, let us know time line on delivery of different pieces and that there would be a sale next week. Recommended groen to a relative because I was happy with my flex steel couches a few years ago.

Spent thousands of dollars on new furniture. Before purchasing the sales associate said full warranty on couch and live seat. Turned out not true. A leg broke so it voids warranty. Was told in the event a glass panel broke on curio I could order a replacement piece any time. It's been years now and my curio is still missing a glass piece. When I called to order the lady basically didn't care. Said no can not order a piece. I will never set foot in that over priced store that lies to make a sale.

This furniture store was the worst I ever have dealt with. Without going into a long rant I will say I ordered a $1200 recliner, waited 16 weeks, instead of the promised 8 weeks for it. After 8 months the motor fell out in June of 2021. They sent a repair person who could not fix it, eventually picked it up to get new parts from the manufacturer. It is September 9th of 2021 and I still have no chair. I received no contact from them unless I called them. Continual promises, no delivery. The Owner is rude and appears to be incompetent. I would highly recommend spending your money elsewhere.

I ordered an expensive chair and was told it would be three months. That turned to four months. Then five months. I still don't have the chair. They keep telling me it's in production, which is double talk for "you can't get a refund". I don't know if I will ever get the chair or a refund. I do know that I won't buy anything else from Groen's.
