Go to the HardRock instead of here They wouldn't let me in due to my consular ID but they've let me in before days prior the lady at that security made me feel like my presence wasn't good enough and my money as well an made me feel unwanted so I went to the HardRock they accept consular ID no problem I don't recommend this place until they change or get there ID an security retrained

I actually had a good time. Food was good, there's a lot to choose from. But I was more amazed by the bathtub in my room. The tub was really deep! I soaked in that tub for hours?

Not a lot of variety on slots. Only one area of newer slots. Did get to play on the money we took and have some fun before leaving.

I recently visited Ameristar Casino in Indiana and had a great time. While the decor feels a bit dated, the overall environment was welcoming and enjoyable. One of the highlights for me was the free play, which added to the excitement of the experience.Compared to other casinos I've visited, I found that I tend to win more at Ameristar. This has made it one of my go-to spots for some fun and potential winnings. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good time.If you're planning a visit, I suggest going overnight or on the weekend. These times seem to offer the best chances for a rewarding experience. Overall, Ameristar Casino in Indiana is a great place to try your luck and have a good time.Food & drinks: Free coffee and carbonated beveragesNoteworthy details: Open 24 hrs tables and slots

They asked to see mine and my husbands IDs which is normal and I we both pulled out our IDs. Mine is a state ID from Oklahoma and his is a drivers license from Oklahoma. She had me stand in a certain spot and kept putting my ID in a machine and said the machine won’t verify it and asked me to step to the side her manager came over and had my id and was putting it through a different machine and eventually handed it back to me and said that and eventually handed it back to me and said that the machine isnt able to verify it and so he can’t verify my age so they aren’t able to let me in. The same thing happened to my husband. Oklahoma just updated their IDs to be more secure there are watermarks and security features all over the card front and back so I asked why they can’t manually verify my age by looking at my birthday on my ID and they said they can’t so they wouldn’t let us in. We drove separately so my husband left but I went to the car and got my tribal id from the Choctaw nation of Oklahoma and went back in. The manager came back over and I told him I have my tribal I’d that has my picture and all the same info as my ID and he said they can’t accept tribal ID only state and federal IDs. I told him a tribal ID is a federal ID and he told me it wasn’t even though the card says “United States Department Of The Interior Bureau Of Indian Affairs” and he still wouldn’t let me in. I’m 32 years old in a month and I’m sure I look older than 21 and they were letting some people walk in without checking ID. It’s just crazy to me that I’m able to use my Tribal ID to get through TSA and board an airplane post 9/11 but can’t use it to get into Ameristar.

They literally told me they are not family friendly. I booked a room and NEVER did Ameristar advise that nobody under 21 could stay at the hotel before reserving the suite. Unfortunately they finally told me when I arrived at 11pm with my tired family. We had to scramble to find a place to stay and Ameristar refused not only to cancel my reservation but refused to even respond. Terrible experience. They suggested I stay at a family friendly hotel.

Man if they would just pay back the money I dropped for this review, hehe. The restaurant was the shizzle. Food could not have been cooked any better. Steak was melt in your mouth-delish. Nice kicked back place, seemed like there was plenty of winners, just wasn't me. Was in for the poker tournament and left broke as @#$&. Good time!

Avoid Avoid Avoid Avoid AvOiD!!If you aren't a smoker!! The non smoking section was so small!! You will stink when you leave. The place was packed so bad, it was like being in an aluminum can with people who have horrendous BO! Winnings sucked! Go elsewhere. The restrooms were not cleaned regularly.

My husband and I went last night Saturday 2/24/2024, we have been going for years, and I keep hoping it would get better, wishful thinking. Trash built up on machines, ashes everywhere, bathrooms are nasty. Ever since Penn took over, nobody wins, I used to enjoy hearing people scream in excitement of winning, but not anymore, I spoke to several people in which all say the same thing, that penn is money hungry, the last few times we have gone it isn't as busy as it used to be, the drinks are outrageous and they put more ice, just ridiculous. I have decided not to go back, Blue Chip and Hard Rock so much better.
