I know you can feel that heat as soon as you walk into that lobby because I felt that, and the poor representative that took care of me look like she was overheating. How do they expect them to work in these conditions?
As an elderly woman, that was too much for me. I didn't even want to wait longer than the 5 minutes it took me for my bill pay. This is crazy! It's been like this for 2 months or so

It is outrageous that they expect the workers to work in these conditions, no ac??? But I assure you everywhere else in the building has ac. With the exception of a little fan in the front? That is absurd. What customer wants to buy phones in a hot store?? I feel bad for the workers because obviously their employers don’t care about them. I came in to look for a phone but I couldn’t stand the heat in there. I could only stand being in there a couple minutes. Let’s be a little more considerate for the employees. Who would want to work in those conditions!
