Called them on an emergency basis when my car started to make noise…. Contacted them Friday when I was working… I was able to get in Monday morning to have the issue addressed. They had my car ready by the end of the day. Hands down the EASIEST process I went through with an auto shop. I will be back for any future service I may need!!! Javi was very nice over the phone & in person. I had an issue with the power steering of my car. He fixed the problem, and saved me thousands of dollars compared to other shops that told me that I had to get the car serviced at the dealership . I will definitely use his services again in the future, and recommend him for your service needs.

Have taken my car to Hoekstra on multiple occasions now and have nothing but the best to say about them. Was recently diagnosed for a bad alternator at another shop and Hoekstra confirmed that a new alternator was not needed and rather just a pulley, saving me over $1000!
