“I actually had a good time. Food was good, there's a lot to choose from. But I was more amazed by the bathtub in my room. The tub was really deep! I soaked in that tub for hours?”

“I don't go often, but I do like going on a Saturday between 2pm-4pm. It's not as busy, an older crowd (my people). I went in with a winning ticket that I didn't cash from 12/30/23. I inserted it into the slots. The machine rejected it, but it got stuck when coming out. I had to call for service. The young lady retrieved it, looked at it, and told me to cash it in at the cage. Took it to the cage, Brandi (short blond hair) looked at it and told me, "This is no good, you only have 90 days to use." I told her to look at the 12/30 date at the bottom and that it was still good. She got quiet, keyed in some information, and replied, "barely." She then gave me my money. I thought to myself, don't let the grey hair fool you, I work with dates and numbers all day every day. I pay attention to that. I thought to myself, is this her scam? Does she tell Seniors their tickets are no good and keep them for herself? I didn't get a good vibe from her. Well, that's just me.”

“I like the layout of the rooms. Seems more like a home than temporary living space. Friendly staff. Breakfast in the morning can get busy. Check with the kitchen staff for anything. Nearby Grubhub app restaurants offer free delivery.”

“I worked her I will say this is a amazing Crew. There is always one A hole out the bunch, I never cared. It’s not the place to work for far as paying bills only for people who live with there parents, or in school easy money to make, but I will not wait no more 2 weeks to see a 400 dollar check. As fast as the guest checked out I checked myself out blessing to them.”

“I was very shocked, I don't know why I haven't stayed at a Ramada Inn ,in forever but it was really nice,I mean sure it could use a little updating in places but overall it was good, you all know how I like good drying towels, the were fluffy and white ,just don't go all around the body, the bed was nice and comfortable, firm but not hard, the breakfast could use some work but it was better than some, they had this mini Pancake maker the first time I had seen that, but not meat or hot eggs to go with it ,but they had cold Jimmy Dean's breakfast sandwiches to microwave..the overall hotel was nice ...meeting room,pool..”

“We had an excellent experience. The hotel was clean, room was well kept. Bed linen & towels were sparking white as should be. Room service personnel was hospitable. Outside grounds were well kept (not what Google map showed).”

“For a cheaper option this is one of my favorite hotels in the area. Staff is always friendly and for being as busy as they are it’s a fairly quiet hotel. Stairwells and elevator are ice boxes in the winter, but the rooms have good heat.Walkability: My biggest complaint about this location is it is not really close to anything else, so if you don’t have a vehicle to drive, there’s nothing in the area to walk to and only a frontage road to walk in, if you do so choose to walk the couple miles to other restaurants and such.Food & drinks: They have a pretty decent breakfast bar. Waffle and pancake makers, yogurt bar, toast muffins, and breads, and then some kind of hot item on rotation each day.”

“I've been coming here on and off for years. At one point I stayed a few months at a time. It's reasonably priced and right by the E-Way. Smoking rooms available. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby so it was helpful for me at the time because I didn't have a vehicle. Housekeeping drops by every morning to offer clean linen and toiletries. Front desk staff are great people. I stayed alone and never had any safety issues. I think it's a decent hotel.Walkability: Plenty of close restaurants and stores within walking distance.”

“Very nice entry secure place. Close to alot of food. The place is underneath construction on second floor but it never wook us. No pool. Smells of weed. 1 only elevator and it started breaking down. I love the 3 floor room.”

“One of the best hotel stays I’ve had in a long time. There was a small issue with my initial room that needed to be addressed, Katrina and her staff did an outstanding job at providing great service and rectifying the issue expeditiously. Everyone that I encountered from Housekeeping to Management was very pleasant, accommodating, and displayed stellar customer service awareness. Thank you for making this a great experience.”

“I normally enjoy my stay here when I'm in town. The rooms are very nice and clean. You may have a few little tweaks that may need to be tended to before you get settled as the rooms sometimes have missing items like toilet paper, etc. The only major problem I have had every stay I at night you start to smell marijuana in the hallways even though it's a non smoking facility. Another perk is that it is located near the freeway and plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby.”

“Lobby hot, front stuff not helpful, room? Where do I start…smelled awful, dirty, from the floors, bed cover, lamp shades, you name it, it was nasty. The smell of smoke (in a nonsmoking room/facility) and mold was terrible, cigarette burn marks on the toilet seat. Door had big dents all over front and back. We couldn’t stay due to the smell making my kids sick. The guest down the hall said I would try trading rooms. We did 3x and they ended up giving new guest the same room their kids were checked into and the people walked in on them in the middle of the night. Other family of mine were there with us. No air in two of their rooms. Also very nasty and dirty. Never received not a dime of my fee back. Was told I could have rewards. They can keep them won’t be staying at any of these facilities again. Plus website says pool and gym. Neither do they have. Fyi.. worst experience ever!”

“There was nothing special about the rooms. Just ordinary. No free breakfast cleaning ladies were quite rude but the location cannot be beat and the prices are very lowNoteworthy details: If you're disabled, you have to really make a fuss to get off first floor room. They actually have handicapped rooms on the second floor. No elevator. All stairs makes no sense. They have some on the first floor but even if they are not occupied they tend not to give them out to. You actually have to make them give you a handicap room, but once again location cannot be beat. Prices cannot be beat”

“First time staying on the southside of Chicago and I was a little hesitant, but this place was fine. Plenty of well lit parking and check in was smooth. Weird seeing employees behind glass but I can understand why. Room was just fine. No issues besides a slightly musty smell. I could occasionally hear my neighbors upstairs so getting a top floor room might be best. AC worked great, wifi was solid, and the hotel reaches out to verify you’ll be leaving on time. Oh and this property has a gym. That was a nice surprise.”
