Gladys is the best,! Always helpful,kind and has helped me to the extent of even bringing my purchases out to my car so I did not have to leave the comfort of my car. If they don't have something you want in stock. They are quick to get it for you. Great place for shopping for Cardinal shirts

I really wanted to love this place. Unfortunately The customer service and professionalism is terrible. I waited 5 months for a sweater & I never got it. I never received a single call to update me or inform me of a delay. I had to pop up. I went here on 5/3/22 to order a varsity sweater as a gift for my daughters award ceremony. I was told by the clerk Gladys[sp] that I should have enough time to meet my May 21st deadline. She told me that in the event that there was an issue she would reach out to me. About 5 days after I went in, Gladys called to re-confirm the lettering color on my product. I was slightly nervous but because she made no mention that there would be a delay, I did not worry too much. As my deadline approached I made several trips to the shop to check on the status where I was told that it had not come in but maybe next week. I went in the Monday prior to my deadline and was told to try back Wednesday. I returned on Thursday only to find that the sweater, nor the patches were available. I was seriously upset but would have understooD had someone reached out because of my own short notice. Gladys was dismissive and even tried to tell me I could just buy a sweater from Macys for the event. This was insulting. I let her know that I wanted a refund. She informed me that she needed a manager. After 10 minutes of waiting I had to leave. I returned to the store more than a month later in regard to either the product or a refund and was told that the patches had come in. I liked the patches and was told that the sweater should be in in a matter of weeks. I decided to give them another chance. Gladys stated that products now had a completion timeline of late August. As ridiculous as this was for a sweater ordered in May, I informed her that since I would be out of town this timeline would work fine. I returned to the store again in early September. Again I was told that the sweater had not come in. I asked Gladys what was the timeline of completion upon which all she could say was she didn't know. She checked her emails & said the sweater had arrived a couple weeks prior. She proceeded to question someone had they received it. She then called the vendor after being told it was not received. The vendor informed her that she was referring to the color incorrectly. She then told me that they had a sweater in stock that was the same color blue, although it went by a different name. I became extremely irritated. I informed Gladys that I just wanted my sweater at this point. I informed her how ridiculous it was that at no point nobody calls to say anything or provide any updates. I never at any point received as much as a courtesy call. I consistently had to pop up at the shop to find out what was goin on. I ended up leaving the store because I was so furious at the run around and the fact that it had now been 4 months since I ordered this sweater. Gladys then called me on a Saturday. She proceeded to tell me that the sweater should be coming in. She was unable to give me any specific date. She called me again later that day to say how she understood my frustration and that she talked to her boss who offered a 10% discount. I told her this was an insult. That at this point this entire ordeal was ridiculous. And unbelievable and beyond unprofessional. I told her that as a business, there should have been some kind of communication to inform me of the status. There is no reason why in four months All communication except for an insulting discount offer was initiated by me. She then told me that she would reach back out to her boss and give me a call later to let me know. She then proceeded to say she would be on vacation for two weeks but would be sure to call me as soon as she got back. She never did. After an additional month (Now mid October)I was fed up. I hadn't heard anything. When I returned, Gladys said it was still not ready. After asking for the refund she even tried to get me to buy the patches. I feel like I had been beyond patient. A generational family run business centrally located in the neighborhood on Main Street for thousands of years !!! From team uniforms, jackets, sweaters, to t- shirts, caps, and all things sports apparel related. Trophy and promotional specialists as well as novelty services are available. Creative personel consultations are not a problem. Stop in and talk sports in Northwest Indiana, you will not be disappointed !!!

Used Main mostly for uniforms and baseball, softball equipment. Always had what we needed. If mistakes were made by league parents Main was quick to replace or repair. Very reliable and friendly personnel.
