They were rude; they didn't have instructions on how to drop off your goods. And don't walk in the back door; they will scream at you. Don't help them carry anything into the building cause you know what happens. They'll scream at you. :)

The Salvation Army helps residents with rental, utility and food assistance. They also have bible study and Mass. The staff are very resourceful and compassionate. Lieutenant Leta and Lieutenant Abraham always help people and show unconditional love. They are pillars of the community and make you feel like family. Every time I am in the area I always stop to say hello, try to volunteer my time or the Human Services Club Of Lake County volunteers when we all can and come to have lunch in the soup kitchen.
