They held onto my money for nearly a month while they "were closed down for the holidays". There was no email to say there would be a delay. When I called, the operator was very surly on the phone. The wait time is horrible. My product finally arrived nearly a month after the order. I wish I had ordered elsewhere and saved my energy.

I ordered 11 LED bulbs from this company. They were shipped and arrived in a timely manner. One of the bulbs didn't work. I tried calling several times and never was able to get a hold of anyone. I sent an email and never received a response. After a few months I sent another email and still no response. This company has no problem processing a new order and accepting payment but will not honor warranty or provide any customer service. I need to order more bulbs but will NEVER give my business to Topbulb again!

I needed to return a few bulbs that ended up being the wrong size. After going through the RMA process and mailing back the bulbs- Topbulb has failed to refund back the owed amount. It's been over a month- and since we shipped the bulbs they have not responded to any of our emails or voicemails that we've left. Terrible customer service and incredibly shady- buyer beware- stay away.

I had a very bad experience today with this company. (9/14/18) I made my order on 9/6/2018. I got a confirmation email immediately. When I did not get the bulbs in a week--I call and was assured they would arrive today or Monday (day after call). Then, I get this "random" call about my credit card not working!! 8 days after order placed! Asking for my credit card over the phone. Just so it could be shipped after I was told it was shipped just yesterday. And, I'd still have to wait the entire shipping time. Unprofessional. Sloppy. I cancelled my order.

Great lights that totally changed our store and helped our energy costs. Super fast shipping too and great help choosing a specialty retrofit in our loft. Have used for our house now too!

Price cannot be beat. Email confirmation, shipping info and delivery was correct and on time. Packaging was good and carefully done.

Ordered a bulb for TV. Paid for 2 day air. Bulb showed up a week or so later. Called customer service for explanation. Was essentially told to read "fine print." I just wanted my family to be able to watch TV. Terrible service. Make sure when the product ships it ships and arrives as promised. They're probably making profit on shipping incorrectly, How sad.

I've been ordering light bulbs from this company online for many years, and was always satisfied with their products and service. Recently, I called their sales department to ask what I'd need to get to replace some fluorescent tubes with LEDs. I was told to order a particular type of LED, and that it would go right into the same fixture as the fluorescent ones with no other equipment or adjustments necessary. When these LEDs arrived, I tried one in a fixture, and it blew the fixture's circuit board. When I called to find out how to return the tubes ($50 worth), I was told that I'd have to pay the shipping to return them and "I never would have told you that." I am very sure that someone did, and I wish I'd written the woman's name down after my conversation. Since I'd had such good luck with this company before, that didn't occur to me. I think the company may have been recently sold or changed ownership. Beware.
