UPDATE: HUBBY didn't recognize a number he called yesterday and called it today. Cody answered and didnot say dollar general and said it's Cody. My hubby was so confused and then Cody hung up on him. Very unprofessional. We will not be shopping at this location again after this. We have given this location many chances but this takes the cake.
We went to this one all the time. The manager one time didn't know how to run the register on something and I used to work at a dollar general years ago and helped her. Today, my coupons didn't take off. She told us we had to clip them 24 hours in advance and this isn't true, only for the Saturday deals. I know this since I use coupons all the time and I then contacted customer service and they said that was not true, they should've worked. I ended up taking it all back. I hope they train their employees better. I do use a walker to help me walk and it is extremely hard most of the time to turn or get down the isles.

I love this handy store right in Eaton. My husband and I bought a house close by and it’s been so convenient running to this store for things. It’s clean, organized, and staff is very helpful and kind!

Very rude girls that work here they charge you more on every single item on shelf than it is listed for good luck trying to ask them to fix it and give you the right price. I will happily drive 30 minutes to a real store you lost my business. Disgusting attitudes

Really miss the original gals from here, its not the same thats for sure. Always a disaster and either cant find anything or dodging boxes stacked in the aisles.

Most of the employees are very sweet and hard working. The lady named Tonya however, is the most rude person I’ve ever had to interact with. I was looking for a manager to speak with and she was sitting in the back playing on her phone, then wanted to huff at me. Not only is she snappy with the customers, but she is absolutely disgusting with the other employees. I will never go to this dollar general again as long as she is there. Not a people person at all!
