“This is my favorite dollar tree, I go out of my way to come to this store because of the amazing employees and they always stay on top of keeping everything stocked (if I can't find something at the other dollar trees I can usually find it here). You can tell when a place is run by people who really take pride in their work the way they keep the store organized and clean. There is a cashier- petite, short hair with glasses who works the register most mornings she is so friendly and helpful; she truly makes every shopping experience here great. I hope management treats her well/gives her a raise because she goes the extra mile for every person that comes in the store, that's a rare gift I genuinely appreciate when I see it!”
“One of my top 5 places to shop inexpensive and they have something for everyone, sometimes you have to look closely to find the things you are after. I can spend all day looking and if I'm not careful a lot of money too”

“Very friendly cashier. I had my 2 year old great grand daughter with me. He helped her find her bubbles. She was so happy as they joked while she shopped. The store on Walnut. I'll definitely shop there again.”
“The stores in Hartford are very outdated. Not that big and do not have half the selection as some of the newer stores. The inventory is very rarely put out all the way and sometimes rude service. Employees are bad about talking about other employees or work situations in front of customers. Kinda rude and very unprofessional.”
“Fairly new store built within last year. Struggles at first keeping staff but newest manager is great and works hard along with staff. Store looks great since her take over”

“This is one of the locations that offer some fresh produce. Which can be good and bad at times. The fruit goes bad fairly quickly after I buy it tho. They do have several coolers and freezers with lots of different things to choose from. Jay county has very few grocery stores and western Jay county doesn’t have any so this is a decent amenity for the town of Dunkirk.”
“This particular Dollar General is in Franklin Indiana. My daughter likes to shop there as it gives her a chance to take a little drive plus she enjoys shopping in a smaller town where the store is not so busy and has less people shopping at the same time. So I rode with her to pick up a few things and it was a nice day and the store is clean and had the products we went for.”
“I went for some household supplies and was able to get most of what was on my list. They were out of or didn't have a couple items on my list. I like shopping at DG because items are usually pretty fairly priced. I also buy food items at times when needed. I do miss these stores carrying clothes. I used to buy quite a bit of clothes at DG stores. They still have a few items but not like they used to have. I really don't understand why they did away with their bigger line of clothing as I know many people bought clothing items for the whole family there and it saved them and me as alot of us live on very limited budgets. And it was very affordable to buy clothes there. Alot of us would still prefer them having more clothes instead of more trivial items like more vases & wall art etc. Other than that I do like shopping at DG stores. Some stores tend to carry more items than others but you never know that till you shop there.”
“It's a four because all the restocking boxes are always out in the Iles and I once found open food and toys so it could be better but if you have extra cash I recommend coming here the prices are really cheap and they have a good selection of items.”

“I came here yesterday and forgot my card after I paid. I can’t remember the name of the employee but she put my card in the safe and when I went back tonight she remembered me and asked if I forgot my card yesterday so when I looked in my wallet, it wasn’t there. It’s in my wallet now!”

“Manager is really nice at this location. Coupons work at this location and staff is nice. Nothing in the isles so I can walk in them with my cart, cane or walker.”
