I would give zero stars if I could.
There was a sign, on a display, that clearly stated plain t shirts were on sale $9.99 - I picked up a plain t shirt from directly below the sign and upon check out was charged almost $20. Falsely advertising prices is illegal in most states, including Indiana, but this seems to be common practice at specifically American Eagle locations as this is not the first time something like this has happened to me. Will not be returning.
Additionally, it seems like the quality of clothing items has rapidly deteriorated.
Just a few years ago, the bulk of American Eagle items were made mostly of cotton - now it's all polyester. No thanks. Don't feel like being charged 2x the asking price for plastic clothes.

My daughter loves this place she is 19 now and I've been taking her there for many years and I sure hope to continue that tradition for many more trips. Thank u American eagle staff ..Columbus and greenwood Indiana staff keep up the great work for all of us fathers our there

The best service I’ve ever had, very helpful, very hardworking, especially Laila, I think that’s her name, she deserves a raise, I’m talking 6 figures type raise, best experience I’ve had in a store at a mall. And also Zac is a great manager

Had the best experience here this afternoon. Was looking for some new jeans, havent worn jeans in years so didnt know what style or size I was. The two young girls in the fitting room went above and beyond for me and were picking out styles for me to try and were just the best. They made me feel so comfortable!

Was not greeted when I walked in. Horrible customer service experience the workers were not friendly at all. Cashier was on her phone at the register while customers were in the store shopping. Did not feel welcome at all.This is when I went into the Arie store. I always have a great experience at American eagle!

I can't get jeans that fit like these do anywhere. Im a bigger woman and find it hard to find pants that fit and look good but they have them there.

Every time I come to this location, I find something. The staff greets you upon entering the store and are very friendly. I recently visited to return an item that I had purchased in Philadelphia. Although I didn’t have the tags to the item, I had not worn it and I still had the receipt. The employee inspected the item and I was able to make the return smoothly. I will shop at this location in the future and I do recommend it.
