Friendly employees who were attentive. Clean fitting rooms and very organized store overall. Great selection with half the store being new season styles and the other half being discounted and previous season styles.
Not sure why this store was given a low rating by others complaining there’s nowhere to sit inside the store - it’s an outlet store in an outlet mall, not Nordstrom’s.

It has been a very long time since I have been greeted and helped in such a professional manner. The warmest smile was on her face the entire time helping. Way to go Toni!! Keep up the great customer service. ♿️ handicap access was very helpful. The store was very clean and exciting to shop in.

Every time I come, I experience a welcoming, helpful, kind staff. They check on you consistently and are so friendly. Love the clothing but love coming to this location.

Was at this store yesterday afternoon with my wife. Had an excellent experience with this staff and especially a lady named Karen . She was incredibly helpful and the selections were great considering it is that time between seasons and my wife was still shopping for warm weather clothing. Came in for one blouse and bought four . ?

Went w/ spouse. This store used to stock higher quality and better variety for women (no mens) but one of the rare times we found zip here, seems the styles, quality and variety are heading towards the teenager/young college kids more than people with $. Sad, but true. The quality and upscale variety no longer here. But still, we visit. No places sit zero, so make your own table space, men. I expect more from an Ann Taylor store, the reputation is tarnished.

Thank you to manager Nataline W.! Had the best experience shopping with my 2 CRAZY kids. She was incredibly helpful and attentive and I didn’t feel rushed or like my busy/fussy kids weren’t welcome.I needed some new dresses and Nataline was eager to show me all around and where to find the best sales. She went above and beyond and made me feel at ease - if you know what it’s like to try on clothes with 2 toddlers you know how stressful this is. She was fetching different sizes for me and even pulled a skirt off the mannequin since the store was short on stock on one I liked. When I wasn’t able to find exactly what I needed she helped me place a free shipping order to my house.She was hilarious and easy to work with and made the whole experience pleasant!

This place is awesome for investment buys. What are investment buys? Pieces that go with everything, are made to last, and are a little more expensive than normal but you can wear all year round. I've gotten some of my most complimented items here, and the staff are always super friendly, well dressed, and know what they're talking about. I never feel rushed to buy anything, and the store itself just has a really classy vibe to it where everything is nice and bright.
