Atterbury Shooting Complex is a great outdoor range near Indy. It is a large public facility with 66 rifle and pistol lanes up to 100 yards, plus shotgun trap and skeet. The range is known for being very inexpensive and affordable, with perfect prices on targets and brass. The facility itself is great and superior. Many find the staff friendly, professional, super nice, and extremely helpful. Some reviewers note the hospitality could be improved to treat all customers respectfully and equally. It is highly recommended for sighting in guns or casual shooting, with rules firmly enforced for safety.

We had a great time! My husband was shooting his new gun and the owner was really nice and helped him get comfortable with it. The owner and his daughter were really friendly and explained all the rules.

One of the best ranges I’ve ever been too, staff was friendly and attentive, range was well maintained. RSO only got an attitude towards people incapable of following instructions, 99% of the negative reviews are from people who probably shouldn’t be around firearms.
