Very bad Experience, They don’t know how to talk and very rude behavior. When I was looking for cloths she interrupted me many times and talks very rudely she keep saying “put it back please” and showing high level attitude. They don’t know how to talk to a customer, I will never come to this store again. She was the manager. I will give this store 0 out of 10!!! Don’t go to this store!!

I do like going to Edinburgh but the worst store I go when I go there it’s guess , the lady over there she is very rude , and she is nice with specific people and make peoples not comfortable , even may dad was with she makes him mad and he walked out and told her never come back to this place if you still here , and it’s very bad when you knew is a manager, the employees are very nicer then her , it’s bad when someone like shopping in this place and because of this person we can’t go there .

Hey I would like you guys to know they don’t do refunds here. One of the employees here left a tag on the shirt they give to me for my wife and I want back to return it and the manager does sorry we don’t do refunds. I asked for them to get the tag removed and they said we can’t do that for you it will cost you money so I walked out of there without getting a refund and they keep the shirt.

I had a receipt within 30 days, and the clothes still have a tag with it, the cashier won't let me return or exchange it. I told her it was too small for me, she said she could not do anything for me. She was very rude!
