My husband filed with Deb, who was on top of it in the past. Husband passed away. Haven't received refund, tried to talk to Deb. Got no reply. Still trying to talk to these people. No phone calls returned. This place has gone down hill.

I have driven past two other branches for the past 6 years just to go to the Edinburgh H & R Block. They're fast here and always on their game. They deal with issues quickly and personally. And they're always polite.
