Lily was extremely helpful & kind. She was able to help me & my family in finding the right size cloths & was very patient while we were trying. The store was about to close. The guy who was waiting to lock the door (i think Cody) & Lily were very patient & let us finish our shopping. They made the point that they have to close the store but didn’t push us out. I love the experience the employees create. Thank you!

Went shopping there last Saturday. The store was a mess clothes everywhere on the floor. Clothes that needed hung with their hangers were thrown on tables everywhere. Most of the employees were in the fitting rooms talking and laughing amongst themselves. Jewelry was all over the place too.
Only two cashiers were working the line was to the doors

I was attempting to return a Christmas gift on a Wednesday evening at 7:10pm only to find the doors locked and the store closed. Who closes their shopping store at 7:00pm???Waited til the weekend to go back to return my Christmas gift and the cashier was very nice but their system wouldn't allow me to return my items. It printed out a receipt with a phone number to call to inquire as to why I was denied my return. The cashier informed me she had never seen one of these printouts and she has done many returns without a receipt.So then I call the number on the receipt and the woman spoken broken English and I could hardly understand her. She told me without proof of purchase my items cannot be returned. Gift=me not having proof of purchase!! Nor did my 80 year old grandma think to get a gift receipt. The lady on the phone just kept repeating the same thing over and over until she got very rude with me and wouldn't tell me anything different.Needless to say I'm disappointed with the store if their policy is no return at all without a receipt. People get gifts ya know. Won't shop at this store again.

While at the outlet mall, we stopped into Old Navy to browse. It really didn't feel like an outlet location more like a regular Old Navy store. I found leggings for $3 which was a great steal. The rest of the items were regular old navy prices. I love to get basics from old navy for the quality and price. The staff were okay and I didn't really see that many of them around.

Decided to stop at outlet mall for some clothes shopping today. The store was pretty well organized. Most of the clothes I ended up browsing and purchasing were in the clearance area. I'm not a big fan of shopping fast fashion so I try to thrift and go locally however I was able to find some nice jeans here today.
