Do not under any circumstance use this place.. raising my rates by almost 40 percent after just a few months. They call/text/email to no end starting the day your payment is due. Cleaning mine out as soon as we get better weather

This place is the absolute worst. In the year and a half I rented a unit here, they increased my rent THREEFOLD. It started out at $35 and increased to almost $90. Absolutely RIDICULOUS. I scheduled my move out date for the 3rd of the month and they refuse to refund the rest of the month, so I’m just out $86 for this garbage storage unit at this garbage company. DO NOT RENT WITH THEM

If you want your things stolen and your lock replaced like the original one they gave you then take your things here. When you can't prove that was done then they will deny your insurance claim. Inside jobs are them. They'll never receive business from myself or family or anyone else I tell about them.

The unit I rented was dirty and have some trash in it still I had to sweep it out Before I can put my stuff in it I would like to speak to a manager about this

Everything went as smooth as possible. The app made entry to the facility touchless. Overall this place was great. After we filled our storage unit the next day we received a follow up call to make sure we had no issues. Unlike most storage places this one offers its own insurance. I would highly recommend this place.

Yeah, this public stores area location is a remote location but very convenient.Very clean, Kayleigh.The manager here is very awesome.I recommend this place to anybody

Rental of the storage unit online was quick and easy. Information about the unit rented was sent in a very timely manner. By the day of moving into the rental unit we had received all the information necessary to allow us to move our possessions in without issues. The unit was clean and ready for us. After moving into the storage unit we received a follow up phone call to see if we had any questions or concerns from Public Storage Representative named Jasmine who was very pleasant and very helpful with all questions that we had. I would recommend Public Storage if you are in need a unit.

Thank you to the property manager Julius! I forgot to lock my storage unit a couple days ago and he was kind enough to put a lock on it, call to let me know and then meet me at my unit. Great customer service is a rarity these days, but Julius is definitely top notch!
