This storage unit is not bad if you just need them temporarily…. However if you need it for longer than like 90 days they raise the rate. It went from like 80 a month to like 200 a month. It was a crazy amount. We just decided to build a shed instead even though it is cold outside.

Called what I assume to be a central office to set up a storage unit and the man I spoke to was very nice and knowledgeable! He even stayed on the line with me while I did everything online to make sure I didn’t have any questions. After getting my unit set up, Ben from Edinburgh called me again just to touch base and ensure I didn’t have any questions. Amazing customer service with some of the best pricing I’ve ever seen!

The biggest bunch of crooks I have encountered. Tons of hidden fees and fines. Units are not climate controlled nor are they pest free as advertised. The people you deal with are arrogant and rude. Make sure you read the fine print with these crooks. Had over $2,000 worth of antiques with mold all over them and destroyed from the damp and wet conditions. Got my family and I for over $1,200 in fees and fines in total in little over a year a half or so. Typical model of a greedy and shady company. Moved into a cleaner and way nicer unit in our town now for a third of the price and have already saved hundreds of dollars. Worst business decision ever picking these people. Very happy to have it over and behind me. BBB needs to check these people and the business practices they use.

Beware of this company, they have all kinds of hidden fees in the fine print! It's expected to always pay your storage unit BEFORE the next month. If you don't by the 5th of the month; they lock you things up as ransom and charge you an extra $25+ fee.They also had an insurance fee of $20+ they slip into the bill; that's in the fine print.And Heaven forbid if you get 1 month behind they charge you $120+++ fee as an "auction fee" to cheat you out of even more money!Then, when the auction date gets close; they dig through your stuff and take pictures of what they can potentially sell!Majority of the units are in no way climate controlled and they do not protect well from the outside elements. Our unit got wet, so our antiques got moldy and completely destroyed. Black Widow spiders were also discovered when we moved out in our unit.... So obviously they are not pest free either! We moved to a small privately owned storage unit in Edinburgh and have already saved $300 in a few months!
