About United States Postal Service
The United States Postal Service provides delivery to every address in the country and manages many retail locations. Reviews note that staff can be very helpful, kind, and willing to go the extra step, with specific encounters described as the best and absolutely making a customer's day. Some customers report having never had a problem, with reliable informed delivery and mail carriers who bring packages to the porch. However, other experiences mention issues with long queues and understaffed tills, suggesting the office needs to be manned more appropriately. Some reviews defend the posted closing times, questioning why customers would arrive right before closing and expect service. While some postal locations receive complaints, individual experiences at this local Post Office vary from very positive to critical of wait times.

I have always had very good experience going in person and my mail delivery is always good. The employees are all kind and professional from my experiences.
