I really enjoyed shopping here. The tall handsome gentleman greeted me at the door. He was very helpful, told me everything on sale and even helped get the candles from the bottom shelf. He was very friendly.

I just want to thank Jessica for having STELLAR customer service. She was very knowledgeable about the products and made sure I got more bang for my buck! I spent more than I initially set out to, but for some reason (Jessica's customer service) I don't have buyers remorse.

I've stopped 4 times in 2 weeks during mall operating hours and this candle store is not open - never open. Maybe is was the poor service. This company needs to work on service.

Never going back. They told us we aren't allowed to return the items. And one of them asked when first talking to is, if we behaved ourselfs, which is rude. And said we can exchange but not return, not happening. As they said it is bot there job to tell us that, when clearly it is. As I am emailing the company about this. Disrespectful, and rude service.

The staff are very friendly here and always asking if they can help you with anything. The store has a nice selection of candles, sprays etc .

Since it's the Edinburgh Outlet Mall this Yankee Candle store has super clearance large candles along with other seasonal items you can't find. Store employees are always wonderful, and it's close to Indianapolis. Any candles or items you can't find in stores, you'll most likely find here.

I should give less stars but because I’m in customer service I will leave 3. I am use to the great service at College Mall where they know what inventory they have but was looking for a retired candle I can only find at outlet places. I told the young lady the candle was called Quiet Sky. She said they did not have this one but had others. I told her what color it was and what I thought it smelled like and she directed me to things like storm watch and midnight sky...bla bla. It took me less than a minute to find the candle that I was looking for. No information about sales or promos...nothing. Please tell me the 2 ladies I interacted with tonight are only there to stock shelves because to me they had no clue what inventory they had or what customer service is! I typically spend over $100, but sadly walked out spending only $32.10.
