“Thankful that Scotty’s was willing to work with me to finally solve a leaking fuel issue with a gas Echo string trimmer. Was an elusive issue as they took it back to try and figure out the problem even a couple days past the 30 day warranty on a tune up and repair. Met Drew out of it which was a bonus. A tech and I just figure it was a piece of dirt finally lodging itself out of the carb needle valve. Thank you Scotty’s for helping ‘bird dog’ with/for me. Very satisfied customer here.”
