Wife came out to the car with a story of no TP in her stall, the door didn’t latch so she had to hold it shut, no soap in 2 out of the 3 dispensers, and no paper towel to use when the air dryers were in use. And then the gas pump pin pad didn’t work and wouldn’t take my card.

They don't clean the bathrooms, there is always expired food on the shelves and first shift workers don't even come to work on time ever

Don't bother if you're a POC.I was in line at this 7-11 at the end of July. I was waiting in line to pay for my purchases with an African American couple and a family of Sikh Americans when two younger white men cut the line. To paraphrase, they were going to be helped next, and there was nothing we could do about it. And the (white) clerk let them. When I brought it up to her, she claimed "she did not notice" there was a line. Was this racism? Hard to see it any other way when the business of seven POC's is of so little importance that the clerk "doesn't notice (us)" even though we are waiting in line and the other two are not.By the way, 7-11 online surveys/ complaints? Already did one, and it was of no use use. "We'll address this with the store" usually comes across as "don't bother us with this" particularly when there is no follow up.In short, never do this again, or lose business. Stop your employees from behaving this way. You already lost mine--now and every other time I come through town. You probably lost even more than that.

Almost 5 in the afternoon and the food counter was closed. Tons of money went into the remodel just to include the grill and it's closed in the middle of the afternoon. Amazing

Why offer a place that sells food when your workers are going to say “we’re not taking orders right now.” 3 people behind that counter and nobody was doing anything, they were all standing there and walking back and forth to make it seem like they were doing something. Went to try and get some snacks until we could get to the next exit but the shelves were basically empty. I couldn’t find anything in the food or drinks. This place is awful! Avoid it if you can!

Bathroom was dirty and had no soap. The sloths from Zootopia could make food faster than the people working here. I've been here for almost half an hour not realizing how long it would take to make a breakfast burrito and it's not even too crowded.

Good place to take a nap and use the bathroom. Bathrooms are big and pretty clean.

Bathroom is absolutely the most unclean bathroom I’ve ever been in. I had to take a….. I’m sure y’all can guess, there’s was feces on the toilet seats, toilet paper and piss on the ground. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in over a month. I understand this is at a truck stop, but y’all really should learn to clean better or get workers who’s main job is to clean everything, the store it’s self was highly unclean as well. Another thing DO NOT USE THE HANDSANITIZER! It just makes your hands slimy as hell.
