except for the obese guy at night, great customer service. for that one guy, learn to not be hostile from nothing. But if you could make smart choices, you wouldn’t be 400lbs working the graveyard shift at a gas station.

Rude service. Today I went to fill up my tank and I decided to walk in to get a drink and the male employee was so incredibly rude! Not a word! No "Hi, how are you?" or even letting me know how much it is, when to pay or not even a simple "thanks have a nice day". I'd settled just for any indication that the payment went through since I was standing there waiting to make sure since he didn't give me my receipt.
I do understand employees have bad days but when I walked into the 7-Eleven, he and a female employee were talking and laughing so it wasn't like he was having a bad day. Just rude to customers.
I will not be going back to this location. That makes the second rude employee encounter I had today in Elkhart.

I recently visited this gas station and was disappointed with the overall experience. The floors were dirty and sticky. There was an unpleasant smell that only added to the unpleasant atmosphere. It was quite uncomfortable to stay there for even a few minutes. I wouldn't recommend this gas station to anyone looking for a clean and pleasant environment to fuel up or grab some snacks.

Who ever the new guy that was working today 4/21 at 3:30 really need to rethink his job if her feels it necessary to ask paying customers \" if they really want to buy that \" when i asked for a certain thing. Its your job to sell so why even think of questioning me? That was extremely rude and disrespectful. Learn where the items are. You look and sound like a fool.

The staff at this location are always so helpful and friendly. It's one of the cleanest around and I always stop here when I pass. Some of the fountain drinks are out of order but other than that, great place for snacks, gas, and what you need.

It would be nice if this location would keep their equipment and signage up to date and working properly. I would love to continue using 7-eleven and Exxon Mobil if I could get this price. But alas, the real price was $0.20 higher for a tank full.
