Got a 87in tv sent it back and they still take payments off my card and I don’t even have it anymore everyone shop zsmart on Jackson st way cheaper and payoff is about 3,000 less

Absolutely awful customer service. First I bought a computer. I brought it home, logged in and as soon as I did that, my Microsoft had been hacked 30 times in one day. I took it back, they said they couldnt give me a loaner due to not having one in the same price range and I would have to wait 2-3 weeks before I could get another. So I told them to keep it. I then rented a couch, loveseat and tv thru them. Figured out that we feel like giants on the couch, so I asked them for another couch, but refused to find one in the same price range. So I said screw it and went to rent a center. I scheduled a pickup with Aaron's, the same day as rent a center, so the old stuff can go out and the new stuff can come in. They said Monday wouldn't work, so it would have to be Tuesday. Its now Tuesday, I called and they said we weren't on the schedule. He asked me who I spoke with, I told him I don't remember, but I have a time and date of when I called. He refused to help bcuz I didn't know the associate, but told me that the calls are monitored and recorded. So if the calls are recorded, go back and listen to who I spoke with since I have a date and time, and they REFUSED AGAIN. I don't think I've even had such bad customer service from a company. They can come get their stuff tomorrow or they can sue me ☺️🤷♀️ "that is recorded"... "Ok, and?" 🤣🤣 This is what I get for giving them the benefit of the doubt.... Smh

Got called a week ago to set up delivery. Was told it would be a week, asked if I could pick it up was told no. Today, delivery day, I'm not on the schedule but I can pick it up all of a sudden, very poor customer service for a new buyer

Horrible customer service. Matthew likes to degrade people in a condescending manner. Find some professionalism people!!! Also when a customer has a request don’t just act like you have it handled! Actually handle the issue at hand! I will be contacting the corporate office since management can’t seem to figure out how to follow through.

This place sold me bed bugsThey came and expected my house and found nothing beside on the head board they sold me. And still wanna act like its not them because they claim its brand new even tho the head board wasn't wrapped when the delivered it and it was all ready built. I'm getting ahold of a lawyer because the way the tried to disrespect me and tried to not even put any blame on them self. They literally laughed at me over the phone.

It's Aaron's. Just another rent to own store. I was there last weekend and walked out without purchasing what I wanted because the employee was not familiar with any of the products or his job for that matter. I returned on Sunday to a completely different experience. It was quick and easy. I left with the living room set I originally came for in less that 30 minutes.

While can be a good place to rent to ownthey will let you and your friends have your friend use your bank account to pay for stuff that you are paying for but are not willing to let you the payer know how much is left if it is under your friend's name
