**ABC Warehouse - Elkhart**
While my experience with the sales staff at ABC Warehouse in Elkhart was commendable, the overall experience unfortunately fell short.
The salesperson I worked with "B.H" was a standout—professional, patient, and far from pushy. He provided me the time I needed to make an informed decision and offered a good deal on my couch, which I greatly appreciated. Highly recommend him.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
However, issues arose after the sale. The first delivery was poorly executed and did not go smoothly. Compounding the disappointment, my couch stopped functioning just a week after arrival. The process to resolve the issue was frustrating and disorganized. I had to wait an additional week for a replacement, during which time I repeatedly TRIED to reach out to the Warranty/Repair company to schedule an appt. to be fixed. The warranty repair service proved unresponsive for several days, further adding to my dissatisfaction. Which in return I had to call the store back and complain!
Though the sales experience started on a positive note, the post-purchase service left much to be desired. I hope ABC Warehouse takes steps to improve their delivery procedures and warranty repair responsiveness to ensure better customer satisfaction in the future!

Went there to buy an air-conditioner they had on sale, they were out of them, funny thing was there was no space on shelf for that brand or price tag.

If I could give a 0 I would. I never write bad reviews, but people deserve to know the truth about the horrible customer service this place provides.
We bought a tempurpedic mattress a few weeks ago and turns out after sleeping on it, the mattress wasn’t going work out for us. We wanted a refund and they are only willing to give us an exchange. Not a refund, not even a store credit, an exchange for another mattress of equal or more value. Nowhere on the receipt does it say there isn’t a return option. I even called tempurpedic and they said they would rather have a happy customer and take the hit than have a bad review. I guess abc warehouse doesn’t care about that.
I talked to many different “managers” and they all gave me a different story. If there’s a policy, shouldn’t the story be the same?!
We are stuck with this uncomfortable bed, and are out thousands of dollars. I’m incredibly disappointed in their customer service, and will never support their business again.

I got my washer and dryer from abc in Elkhart and Brian Hollars was a GREAT help. Any questions I had, he could answer and his customer service skills were amazing and what most places lack! If anyone ever needs help ask for this guy.

Definitely go to Brian Hollars he helped me get the best deal on a recliner and was super funny and sweet! Got it within 2 days it was very easy to put together!

This particular store location is very horrible and I would not recommend giving them any business. They lied, their customer service is non existent and their delivery employees are very unprofessional and lazy. I cannot speak about their other store locations, but I recommend avoiding this one at all costs. If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. They won't get another cent of my money, and hopefully anyone reading this review will not give them any more money either. This place is perhaps the worst place I've been to in a very long time.

My 86" Lg tv purchase was quick and easy. Brian K. was very helpful, answered all of my questions and helped me with the decision of which to choose.Delivery was quick and reliable. The drivers were very professional. Upon inspection of the Tv the frame was bent. The General Sales Manager Brian K. took great care of my problem and a new Tv was delivered the next week. Thank you so much Brian K.!

Horrible delivery service. They called at 6.40 and told me they are 1 stop away. And i told them i will be waiting for them when they got here. They called 7:31pm exactly. I missed the call and called back at 7:39pm. They said the didnt know where to go but they were here and then left. Then proceeded to tell me they were already back in Elkhart. Which is 20 minutes from where I live. So how is that even possible. You couldnt be back in elkhart if you were at my place 9 minutes ago. Then the drivers hung up on me . And shut there phones off. There is reasons stores tell the drivers to call 1 stop ahead and 10 min prior and not when you get here exactly . If you have drivers that can't simply follow basic courtesy for deliveries then find new drivers.
