Went there to get a key programed and they almost fried my car!!! I sat in the heat and sun for over an hour watching 4 or 5 people working on my car. So after they jumped my car she handed me my keys and said I probably had an old battery lol ? ? ? what? Then they didn't want me to get upset and run my mouth. They proceeded to ask if I had air conditioning in my car? And I could sit out there and wait!!! So moral of the story.DO NOT GO THERE AT ALL!!! JOKE CENTRAL

Cute little Ace store made me miss my hometown Ace Hardware in Illinois called Laskowski Ace. They have just enough room in this store for essentials and the cute finds Ace Hardware sneaks in there. The staff here were very kind and generous to my 7yr old daughter allowing her to have a piece of chocolate (I also purchased one as I use to raise donations for children's miracle network) I was able to purchase Royal Paint and a metal rake and a few other items with a Gift card my dad bought me in another state. He still works for Ace Hardware in my hometown and the Ace Card stills pop up here too. I myself started work with Ace in 2007 and worked for them until 2012.I enjoyed my visit and probably spent too long in the store with 6 aisles and made me feel at home again looking at all the Ace things. And the Staff are helpful there's just 2 maybe 3 of them in there so you may have to wait your turn.

This Ace Hardware is a great place to go for service. Recently I purchased a Craftsman lawn trailer. It had to be ordered and Carrie, the clerk who assisted me, found that there was only one left in the warehouse. The computer gave her some difficulty but she persisted and made sure I got that last one. She notified me the day it arrived and when I picked it up she made sure my Ace Rewards coupon was redeemed properly and made sure the trailer was quickly loaded onto my truck. I've received great service from the other clerks but in this instance Carrie really stood out.
