I give it a Star because the people there are racist, they mistreat the Customer, they don't do their job correctly, I had a very bad experience there, don't waste your time going there.

I could not take care of what I came in to care for, even though I am an authorized user. I have come in many times to take care of issues with ATT, but this time, I was denied. I had to call my wife to come into the store to authorize me to move a number and disconnect two lines. The manager was not in the store to assist. It is time to look for a new carrier that won't waste my time.

*went today, 6/8/24 and just because of Dustin I'll keep AT&T a little longer
*update 😌 8/27/24 I needed help with the website; it wasnt accepting my new card; Im a prepaid subscriber. I needed to find my password in my fault, and after, the AT&T ipad wouldnt accept my password. The girl helping me sighed loudly, and the other person who also helped me also was not really willing to go through all the steps to help me get my account balanced and keep my phone in service
