This place is so disgusting and dirty. Boxes of garbage piled all over the dirty, filthy counters. After a two minute visit for an overpiced headlight bulb, I headed straight home, burnt my clothes, and soaked in a bath of bleach.

AutoZone is my "Go-To" for any and all automobile related needs! However, CVS is my "Go-To" for a number of things and are likely the MOST expensive of all similar stores. Lesson...I may not be the smartest shopper or the best resource for viable information! Period.

Always available to help diagnose your vehicle. They don't try to upcharge woman like so many other "automotive" stores or vehicle repair shops nowadays. Makes me wonder if their other locations are just as helpful. But this location certainly deserves 5 stars from this gal!!

Husband bought a alternator got home it was the wrong one. I took it back low and behold the same lady waiting on me as him. She made the remark I can't believe someone gave you the wrong one. 5he new one was $5.00 more I jokingly said for me having to drive back you should discount it the $5.00. The manager said not happening. She wrong up the new one done whatever with wrong one and said I owed and needed the card he used. I said what can't you just totally refund the wrong one and don't forget I brought the bad one in so I shouldn't be charged a core fee. Nope can't do that. Me so I am to make another trip home to get his card and you still going to make me pay the ¢5.00 difference. Yup sure are. I drove home got husbands card went back. The original girl apparently left. The mananger got on the register started ringing it up low and behold done the refund then wrang up the correct one and gave me change back. Me so I not only wasted 1 trip due to staff giving the incorrect alternator but 2 trips to get a credit card I didn't even need to begin with. Thank you, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!! He replied yup.

I have a 2005 Scion and needed brake pads ~ again. I purchased the last set of pads at this same Auto Zone - for this same car - 60,000 miles ago back in 2012. It was deja' vous all over again. I got a GREAT deal and the usual GREAT service. Thank You Auto Zone !!!

Realized the whine from my Civic was from a power steering leak. Came in at close, and they graciously allowed me a few extra minutes and pointed out the right fluid for Hondas.
