Bare Fitness training is an excellent gym for anyone serious about getting fit, from young athletes to those new to weight lifting. The trainer is extremely knowledgeable and incredibly knowledgeable about proper technique, workouts, and supplements. He provides a custom approach and dedication to each individual, bringing the right level of intensity and accountability. Workouts are challenging, not easy, and he pushes you, always looking to change things up to keep them unique and interesting. Clients show great progress, gaining strength, speed, and conditioning while avoiding injury. It is a great whole body gym that many highly recommend.
Chris is an extremely knowledgeable trainer that is the perfect person to help educate and inform those new to weight lifting. Our sons both have shown great progress in the off season and already can’t wait to come back to keep furthering their progress.

Just started going to Chris for my fitness training, I never worked out on my own and want to better my physique and also not fall apart when I'm older, after just one session I can say that's the best workout I have had and I look forward to more. It's definitely not easy and he pushes you. Highly recommend.
