Great shop! Recently moved to the area. I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to find a shop to do the maintenance on my BMW for a reasonable price. Great shop! Very professional and reasonable! I highly recommend Benz Tech if you have a European car. They really do great work!

Fantastic mechanics … polite and knowledgeable! Passing through (Chicago - Wash Dc). Road trouble always unnerving but BenzTech took us in right away and got us on the road. Can’t imagine how great they are with locals but have to be really good by the way they took care of strangers.

Took my other half's Mercedes Benz GL350 with the Bluetech motor with a number of issues; the serpentine belt had been torn apart due to slipping off thanks to an oil leak, and the rear bags leaked in the suspension. Could not be happier with the service we got - if you take your Mercedes anywhere else, you're making a bad decision.
Not only did they fix all the issues in a very reasonable time period, they also adjusted the quote down when they found a oil filter housing gasket as opposed to the whole housing and gasket by changing the oil and doing an engine flush. They also flushed the trans and changed the filter.
These guys are clearly extremely good at what they do and very knowledgeable. They do great work and charge fairly. I haven't had a better experience at any auto shop. 11/10

The folks at Benz Tech were great! I just needed regular maintenance - oil change, fuel filter, tire rotation. They got me an appointment within a week. While there, I mentioned a slight hesitation from stop and that I had cleaned the EGR valve several thousand miles ago. They checked and found it was also dirty, so they cleaned it. Everything done in less than 90 minutes, while I waited. Total cost was less than just an oil change at a dealer.

We pulled in at 4pm and they close at 5pm. We had the dreaded wheel speed sensor issue due to high wind driving. The cleared the codes and tested the sensor and we are back on the road in less than an hour. I highly recommend them to fellow travelers.
