Just purchased the phone the other day was told that I couldn't return it and get my same discount I used 5 days ago. They're clearly just trying to get an easy $270 out of me when it should only been $20 for the upgrade. The guy there was kinda rude too, saying I no longer qualified for the upgrade which was a blatant lie because I talked to a boost Mobile rep. Go to cr6

money stealers. $30 or MORE activation fee when it is apparently free? When you want to buy a reused phone for your kid but for an example they’re in the car, you get a good price, but as soon as they see kids (the phone being for them), they demand a higher price or no phone?!! That is just completely absurd. Never ended up buying the phone for my son.?. Then when trying to sell a product, they claim it’s only “$20” but then in the receipt it’s actually $25. The $5 difference isn’t “bad” according to most but it’s still stealing. This is just my experience in this particular Boost Mobile store. If your service here is completely fine then ok, and if you don’t care about getting charged more then what you were owed then that’s all you. But I still don’t recommend for those who care about getting “robbed” in this economy! Not to mention the people who own this location pretend not to understand you when you try to ask them a legitimate question. Just plain rude. Won’t be coming here again!

Online my phone was compatable to their network. I pay for a SIM to get sent to me & now they say it is not comparable. I paid $55 & while at the store they called & said I would be refunded in 24 to 72 hours. That was 5 days ago & still no refund. They girl was great at the store. It was BOOST customer service that was not helpful at all.

The girl in there played so many games and screwed around so much...I'm pretty sure she was hacking my phone. What store needs your phone to print a receipt from the 29th of July. Or needs to change your password?
