Signed up for new service, found out immediately that the reception was poor at my house. Within an hour, requested a refund, and they denied it. Don’t do business with these dirtbags!

I truly appreciate your employee Nancy. She was Amazing & kind helping me with getting 2 new screen protectors today. Her attitude was outstanding!! She should get a promotion & raise for her great customer service & attitude. I have been to a few boost mobile stores where the employees were rude. The Goshen location on Chicago Ave across from Kroger's a couple of the employees there. Are NOT customer service oriented. So Nancy's amazing & excellent attitude was greatly appreciated. She went above & beyond with great service. Thank you & Godbless Mike Nettrouer

No one could figure out why I couldn't call out or receive calls but I could text out and receive text. We went to several Boost Mobile locations and we were told there was nothing they could do. At one store they took out a 4g sim card and replaced it with a 5g sim card. That didn't work either. I ended up buying a new phone I really couldn't afford.

I really really loved boost mobile until I stopped getting coverage in my area I even brought another boost phone and factory reset numerous times I hated leaving trust and believe I'd come back if the coverage for my area was back good I'd been with boost for over 8 yrs

Called to ask a question pertaining to the boost up program. I said thank you and the woman on the other end said NOTHING and simply hung up. Customer service is ATROCIOUS.

Horrible customer service I was trying to add a line for 10 dollars supposedly but she wouldnt even give me the deal and I didnt have time to go to a different store. People like her shouldn't work with people. 1 star is generous.
