I learned that this location is privately owned and for that reason they do not honor the bogo deals for carryout, but instead force you to dine-in. This clearly puts anyone who's trying to take a lunch break at a disadvantage.

I come there with my 8 year old daughter at least once a month because I am a rewards member and on Tuesdays, rewards member get a coupon for BOGO on the traditional wings, Everytime I go to pay the waitress tries to charge me buy one get one 50% off which is their regular ad for non members. Due to my daughter's insistence that we go back to BWW, I came back, this last occasion, the waitress tried to overcharge me again, I asked for the manager, Delvony, and she immediately came to the counter aggressively and very disrespectful saying she was tired of me and if I did pay $17.83 I couldn't get my order. I informed her that I had the BOGO and there was no way the bill should be almost $18 when 10 wings is 11.99, I tried to show her the offer and she refused to look at it, I told her if it was 11.99 for 10 wings and I gotta a free order how did it come to $18, she continued to talk disrespectful. I then went to the table and told my daughter we were leaving because the manager refused to honor our coupon. At that time the manager walked over and continued to talk disrespectful in front of my 8 year old daughter. I called corporate..I have never been so disrespected in my life. I am a single parent and last month our food stamps were stolen through a scam, I have been paying cash for food, and today I took my last $14 to get BWW, because the time there has been our father daughter time. I heard back from the regional manager who said I wanted to get the food for free, this is how black people are treated in this establishment, I will never buy Buffalo Wild Wings again, in addition, I work front desk at a major hotel, and any customers asking for nice places to dine won't hear about BWW and if asked I will tell my experience!? The following is my response from the regional manager:Anthony,We are not trying to blame you as the problem, we are just trying to clear up the confusion. I am our group's regional manager which is why I reached out to you, like our team we are just trying to clear up the misunderstanding with the prices. 10 traditional wings is $13.99, 10 boneless wings is $11.99. Also they were trying to explain that not all rewards certificates will stack and be able to be used with other promotions which is why the fries were possibly not coming off which means that certificate should still be able to be canceled or you may contact blazin rewards support for that. The team there was trying to explain this as well but from my understanding where also being cutoff as well and then also wanted it for free which is not how we do it.Thank you,

Service is really bad and the drunks are very load.. took a hour or so to order food. Than it was wrong..

I've eaten at a good handful of the BDubs locations. Most are as expected. I really hate to leave a negative review because I understand I may have come at the wrong night at the wrong time, but when your beer is the only thing that hit the mark. The chips and dip trio. The chips tasted cheap, maybe stale, but I have the chips and dip, or the hatch queso most of the times I visit. The chips were not the same kind or they were old I'm not sure. The wings tasted like they had sat on the counter and cooled and then dropped in the fryer to warm them back up before they were brought to my table. Either that or they were extremely over fried. They were rock hard and had a very funny taste. The sauce was cold and in a cup not on the wings. Not saying I won't visit again, but I will definitely be hesitant next time I visit the Elkhart Area for business.

The boneless wings were very good. Cooked to perfection. I paired them with the Bourbon BBQ (I believe this was a new sauce) and the General Tso sauce - I was extremely happy with both my choices. **One night a week it's Buy one Get one** I can tell you to ask for extra sauce because some of them weren't "sauced" very well.We shared the "sampler tray" and next time we'll pass on it. We'll go for the cheese curds.Our waitress was training a new server this particular evening and if you're lucky enough to get seated in either of their sections (unfortunately I can't remember either name ?) you will be treated well. They were both very attentive even though they were quite busy.**ALL AROUND I ENJOYED MY MEAL AND THE ATMOSPHERE**

The waitress that served us was nice, but the food was just mid, and the others didn’t seem like that wanted us there. They got most of our orders wrong as well but we were too nice to say anything about it.

Would loveeee to see the Beat Box drinks at this location! They are doing a promotion out in cali and Arizona where they have Beat Box in MIXED DRINKS.
