When I walked in they asked me what I would like. I let them know a mani and pedi!! Even though it’s BURNING hot in there and I wanted to support their business after a few weeks of non stop work I wanted to relax and get my feet and nails done and my brows waxed. I had 3 of my children who are well behaved who sat there behaving in this hot place for exactly 1 hour and 30 min waiting. Then when it was finally my turn they tell me they can only do my nails and to come back tomorrow for my feet and brows. AFTER SITTING FOR NEARLY 2 hours waiting in the heat!!! That’s how I was treated and they were very dismissive and rude. I will never come back here again and it was my first time. I would not recommend at all. It’s a total waste of time literally. I’m literally crying right now I wanted to relax and I finally got free time as a single mom to do something for myself and they ruined it. No more free time for me anytime soon. I hate places like these.

Long wait, uneven nails, rude service and they charge what they want…it’s different every time. This was a nice salon back in the day but it’s gone downhill. This last time was the first time I didn’t tip. I was overcharged by $10 (I pointed it out and he still charged me) so I figure they can take the tip out of what I was overcharged and I’ll gladly take my money elsewhere!!!

I'm disabled & I called to make an appointment so that I wouldn't have to sit in hard chairs long because of my back. I spoke with a gentleman on Friday who told me to come in on Saturday at 3. I arrived at 2:55, announced that I had an appointment & everybody looked at me like I was speaking a language nobody knew. I said "I spoke with a gentleman on the phone". He spoke up & pointed to a seat be the window for me to sit as he was finishing up a manicure. (I was there for a pedicure) Once he finished with her, he THEN went to another customer for a manicure. What sense did it make for me to make an appointment, and at the VERY LEAST, why not begin to soak my feet while you finish this customer's manicure? After 30 minutes of waiting, I got up, put my polish back & said "I'll go somewhere else next week". Nobody bothered to apologize, say "Let me stop & see what I can do to help you, NOTHING"! Before I became disabled, most of my working life was in management or customer service, & this business failed big time!

I went to get my nails done for New Years, my sister recommended me this place and it was great! The gentleman doing my nails was super friendly, fast and did exactly what I asked for, I was super happy with my beautiful acrylics thank you! 10/10

Wait was over a hour but there was only 2 people working so understandable. I've tried several new places and none has done such a good job as this one. Yes they are understaffed, tired and probably over worked, but they do a good job. This is most likely a family business and have been doing it for a long time and the work shows. Price was also unbeatable at $45!!!!
