Why be open at 3am when at 3:30 there is no food and a sign saying they won't have anything at 3 because they have to cook it. Try going in before 3am to get ready to open. I have to be at work at 4am there are 24hr gas stations I stop at Casey's for a reason and now that reason is gone. So why even open at 3am just to waste people's time thinking they are going to get hot food from there which is why most people chose Casey's in the first place.

I go here all the time, this is my local caseys, but from now on I'll be driving a little further. I came in today at around 1215 pm on 3-25-24, and the lady at the deli counter was leaned down with her head on the counter writing in a notebook. I stood there for about 3 minutes waiting for her to notice or finish, I don't work here and I don't know how important what she was doing was, so I didn't interrupt. She finally looked up and instead of a how are you, or can I help you, she said you could have said hi or can I get help. I'm sorry, but when your job includes guest relations, then it's not my job to ask you to help me, thats why you are the one behind the counter. I even said something like, "so its my fault you didn't help me", and a lady loading up lettuce for the deli bar even smiled and nodded her head. I am in here just about twice a week every week, and I hate that I was treated like that, but when my pizza orders and gas purchases go to someone's pay, I can spend elsewhere to someone that can appreciate it.

VERY PORE MANAGEMENT!! WAS ACCUSED OF STEALING A COUPON FOR A FREE PIZZA. I WAS TRYING TO ORDER THIS FOR THE OFFICE AND THEY LOSTS ALL OUR BUSINESS. RIDICULOUS TO BE TREATED SO UNPROFESSIONALLY BY THE MANAGER AND STAFF THERE.

Have had issues in the past regarding their card readers. Today I went in and THEY had an issue on there end saying “network failure” the cashier told me it was on my end and yet I got double charged for a single slice of pizza. After I get my money put back on my card I will not be returning back to that location.

Ordered 2 breakfast pizzas to be delivered to my workplace for an employee breakfast. The pizzas arrived earlier than the estimated time which was great. They were hot and fresh and definitely good. The taste was the only reason I wasn't able to give a full 5 star review. The cheese was excessive which some people may love but it made it so the eggs and meats were overpowered. It was like it not only had the cheese on top but also maybe the ingredients were mixed with a melted cheese...just a little too much. Great option though!

The manager said 2 mins, the second we walked in the door.. we said, what does that mean? It was only 8:55pm on a Wednesday. He said, we are closing, it felt very rude to be honest. He could of politely said, we aren’t open much longer. I am in customer service and let me tell you, I never leave reviews often. This was awful. No wonder we don’t frequent this place ☹️

The pizza here is so amazing, the ladies at the front desk are so friendly and say good morning to everyone that walks the the door. The employee that make the breakfast are so kind and always have everything filled so I never have to wait. Thank you all so much you are very appreciated.
