Started with policy coverages a few years ago. I had to make an auto collision claim and they handled and directed me perfectly. I followed by bundling additional coverage and the transition was seamless. They are thoughtful and thorough while providing information and setting up policies.

Very helpful agent. We have been with Allstate and this agent for 7 years. I had a vehicle stolen in Elkhart from my place of employment and Chris was very fair in advocating for the recovery and settlement. I have looked cheaper companies, but would not be happy with saving a few dollars and losing the local service.

Allstate is pretty easy to sign up, and the prices are not to crazy.
My issues come with the Safe Driving App.
At first it was just that the app would occasional log a hard break when I hadn't stopped at all, or even slowed. Annoying, but again, not horrible.
I mostly stopped paying Attention to the pp until I got a notification telling me I hadn't logged a trip in weeks. I was weird because my GPS is always on when I leave the house. I had to uninstall and reinstall the app and then it told me I had no trips logged at all.
I gave up and went about my business, figuring it was running now, so I'd just let it go. Awhile later I go into my app because I had gone on a trip with a coworker was turning out to be a horrible driver and I wanted to specify I wasn't the one driving. At that point I see I have had an incident logged. Several in fact.
Turned out I was getting dinged even though I was using my Bluetooth.
I cant even ask google to turn on directions while at a stoplight without getting dinged.
This is not what I signed up for.

The staff at Brock Allstate has always been super helpful and fast at responding to any questions that I have had. When I needed a policy to insure my classic Mustang, Rickland went well out of her way to make sure that I had the exact coverage I needed. I have been a very satisfied customer for several years.
