Very poor customer service at the pharmacy. Gave us medication that was not mixed. We got home and couldn’t use it had to go back to the pharmacy to get mixed. Not professional.

They do a good job. Only complaint I have is the pharmacist not taking a minute to answer a question. I did not care for the fact I had to ask the question to a tech we then asked the pharmacist. Pharmacist was right there and I would have preferred clarification as I had another question and did not get to ask it as I felt blown off. It was on a prescription medication change and I was concerned about going off one to another.

They have screwed up every prescription that has come their way w/ me. I can count on it that it will usually take a day or two before a simple antibiotic prescription gets filled because they always seem to not have my prescription in their possession. I've picked up on the fact that if I just hang up and keep calling back until I get a different person that magically my prescription is in fact there. I don't know which employee it is that is either lazy or incompetent but I seem to get the same lady every time who does this to me.

This is the best CVS Pharmacy, they don't mess around! Prescriptions are always on time with auto fill, and a text to let you know it's ready!
