Last weekend I became ill. I had to go to an Urgent Care, not something I would normally do, but I couldn't wait for my doctor to open on Monday. After leaving the urgent care, I had to get scripts filled, my normal pharmacy wouldn't be able to get it done until after 2 pm the next day. I was not well, in pain, grouchy, it hurt to stand for long, couldn't get comfy. I didn't want to wait another day for my scripts. We went to CVS on Hively, they filled my prescription very quickly, less than 30 minutes. Not only was my prescription filled quickly, but the pharmacist and other employees are all so kind and respectful. It was a really good experience. It's so rare to find good service and good kind people these days. I highly reccomend going here. This place stood out so much because of their kindness & impecable service that's why I decided a week later, now that I'm feeling better, to make certain I write this review. When you don't feel well, service like I recieved can make all the difference. Thank you CVS on Hively.

The store manager & the pharmacy staff are GREAT! The pharmacist is awful! How is he allowed to have customer contact and to manage the pharmacy staff???

Here is a little story to summarize how little this pharmacy cares for its customers:Tuesday night, I was in the ER for 3.5 hours because my baby has pneumonia. I speed to get to the pharmacy on time because the hospital told me it would be ready before they closed. I get there 5 minutes till close which normally i wouldn't do, but I drove straight there from the ER. I get there and immediately the pharmacist, Roby, was completely rude and impatient. He rushed me, waved me off, talked to me like I was incompetent, and lied to me about not having any prescriptions for my son. They simply just didn’t want to fill them because it would put them 15 minutes over closing (God forbid you work an extra 15 minutes with your 6 figure paycheck, Roby). They simply didn’t fill it because the next day, the prescriptions had a promise time of the night before, over 20 minutes til close. They lied to me and were rude in the process. Don’t recommend.

What happened was I withdrawal $200 from atm handed her that amount told her to give 60 of that back me not counting it is where I messed up at my total was 129.99 I walked to my vehicle counted my money math not mathing because I had 50.01

In the past I would not have given a very good review due to the staff being less than efficient, causing extended waiting for my vaccines. However today, the pharmacist named Rehan, immediately greeted me, prepared the vaccines and administered them to me in a very timely manner. I hope he's there the next time I go for vaccines!!!!

Homiest CVS I’ve ever been to in my whole life! The manager and cashier were a delight to me and to other customers, acting like (in the manager’s words) “sisters in the Lord.” Even the bathroom was full of encouraging signs - new to me for a pharmacy. May the Lord bless this CVS!
