My husband has had nothing but problems when trying to fill his prescription here. Make pharmacist is the definition of arrogant. Today, I went in to pick up a UPS package that I have proof of delivery for, and was met with ‘Well I don’t know what to tell ya because it’s NOT here’ from a woman manager. Apparently the arrogance is the store standard. After UPS locates my package I will never step foot in this place again.

The customer service in the pharmacy was not very good. When a well placed, I will be with you in a minute would have been nice. After being overlooked 3 times I asked when they were going to get to me and was snapped at by the pharmacist.
That we'll get to you. When we can and I said, well, i'm on a time crunch, because my migraine is slowly advancing and he said, yeah, yeah, yeah. Personally, I think if you're going to deal with sick people, you should have a little bit of a better attitude.

Just called to have my prescription filled. A pharmist was filling in and is refusing to fill my medication because I have to use a discount card due to my insurance not pay for it. She refused to fill it! Now I have to use a different pharmacy and pay over $50 more! I've had several problems with this pharmacy, and I'm done now! They're rude, and treat you like dirt.

Nobody in the store what so ever I sat at the front for 15 minutes and still nobody came up to help just to pick up a few papers I had printed won’t be going here again.. lazy people

After reading the Google reviews I'm compelled as a monthly 19 year Pharmacy customer to give more than a "snapshot" of the current environment at CVS. The new Manager has completely changed the atmosphere in the store to a very positive one. He is the 1st Manager I've ever seen "on the floor". He greets as many customers as possible, has a fantastic attitude and he directly supports his staff to ensure a positive customer experience. The ladies in the Pharmacy are extremely efficient at transactions. Also, they're friendly and patient with all customers.
The feeling of goodwill that the new manager exudes has caused me to regularly start shopping in the store. It's my new "go to" place and I now shop almost all departments. There is a very serious issue regarding the Pharmacy manager. When 1 person can and does destroy the reputation of an otherwise fantastic CVS store and staff it's time to take immediate action!

Pharmacy was late more than 30 minutes opening and when they finally got here told us we had to wait 30 minutes more for our prescription Totally uncalled for. Not our problem they can't get to work on time

Apparently there is a problem with the “Pharmacy Manager”, using lightly the term manager. I had to pick up a prescription yesterday and just after this person said they had to mix it, I asked if it was flavored (for a kid). He asked what flavor I wanted. Not knowing this is a thing you can choose, I asked what flavors where available. He had the nerve to toss his hands around like I caused him some sort of inconvenience. Pardon me for asking you you a question. You chose this job, not me. If you don’t want human interaction, see yourself somewhere else. Seems as if this man has gotten off lightly for quite some time for his ridiculous, childish behavior.

I would not give this pharmacy even 1 start but 0 stars is not an option. FRANK is horrible!!! He needs a lesson on how to treat customers. He hangs up on you, has a horrible attitude, will ignore you, and will not run goodrx like they are supposed to. I work at a medical facility and we were trying to get information on a prescription we had sent there and he said i'm not answering that we just opened and then proceeded to hang up. I'm also a customer there and I will be switching my prescriptions elsewhere so I do not have to deal with this man again.

Pharmacist was so RUDE. He was literally irritated that he had to get my medication. He even mocked me when I said I use Good Rx. In the middle of my sentence he shut the glass window in my face. I was in shock. I’ve been a nurse for over 20 years….. I understand the fiend were in. I would never treat a customer/ patient like that!!! Also the lady that initially opened the window was a joyless, rude woman. Unbelievable !
