I had a frustrating experience at the Dollar Tree on Main Street in Elkhart. I was trying to buy balloons priced at $5 each and decided not to proceed when I realized they hadn’t been inflated yet. Christine, who claimed to be the store manager, spoke to me rudely, saying, “That’s why we don’t ring nobody up until they pay for them.”
When I suggested better signage for higher-priced items, she dismissed me and told me to “get out of my store and cancel your order.” After leaving, I returned for the corporate number, and once again, Christine was disrespectful, yelling at me when I said, “God bless you.”
To top it off, as I was checking out, she called me a "cunt." This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and I’m appalled by the disrespect I received. Dollar Tree needs to address this behavior immediately. These are some of my comments I got back from posting the video of how she treated me

I couldn’t pay for one dollar worth of air in a balloon, but I could pay five dollars for one of their balloons a quarter of the size of my balloon. Pretty ridiculous that they refuse to fill my balloon when I was willing to pay and let them keep the inventory

I really like going to this Dollar Tree store. They always have such a wonderful selection of toys, crafts, food and so much more.
Today on my visit, I was in line and a customer was short of cash. Before anyone could say anything Dana, our cashier, stepped in and helped the young lady. It's people like that who give us that extra hope for our community and our world. Thank you for being such a kind person and helping in that time of need.

The place was a mess and you had to move boxes to get to what you need .I needed toliet bowl cleaner , non on the shelf. Looks like a a bunch of toddlers were cut loose in the toy department. Toys everywhere and looks like just thrown on the self in some places. And it wasn't just today. I was there couple weeks ago and same thing . Need more help or better training .
