Apparently, Drive & Shine only accept card, but my dad only had Cash. I swear on the chicken fingers I ate yesterday, the guy named Blake, like an the angel falling from the sky, helped us out with the payment process. Thanks alot bro.(We were in nappanee)

DO NOT get an oil change there. $30 VIP signs, even with an asterix, are misleading. Most cars use synthetic. Even with my VIP discount, I was charged more than I would have other places. One and done, not going back.

I go to drive and shine quite often, and I get mixed feelings from them. Sometimes they're right, professional and kind and courteous. Other times they act like they don't want to be there so they just do whatever to get the job done and don't take care and pride in the work

Very disappointed in drive and shine. Recently purchased a new car not even a year old and recently just got the VIP membership to keep it clean during the summer. The third time that I get my car washed I now have specs of my paint chipped off the exterior of my vehicle on the hood of my car on the top of my car, and on the side of my car that I know, for a fact was not on my new vehicle.

OK I give it 2 sverse for a lot of good reasons one there's self car wash in the middle has a broken pressure washerdale 3 of their vacuum stations either take tokens or clogged and only have 1 good back in that works so I would not recommend it to anyone to use it thank you

Friendly people, Brian is great at working with people! He was very nice, I was a little upset about how much more an oil change is, but I was happy when I left!
